Mr. Alchin has been a director of the Company since February 2007. He served as Executive Vice President and Co-Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Comcast Corporation, a broadband cable provider offering a variety of consumer entertainment and communication products and services, from November 2002 to December 2007.
