Koch formerly served as Senior Tax Policy Advisor and Staff Director of the Energy Tax Finance Subcommittee for Senator Jeff Bingaman, where she focused on energy tax policy. Prior to that, she was Director of Global Government Affairs for Amgen Inc.
She has worked at Washington Counsel Ernst & Young LLP and was an Adjunct Professor of Microeconomics and Public Finance at Georgetown University’s Graduate Public Policy Institute. Koch also worked at PriceWaterhouse Coopers LLP, and began her career with the Congressional Joint Committee on Taxation.
A native of Yardley, PA., Koch earned her Ph.D. in Economics from Georgetown University.
