Palm received a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School, an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, and an S.B. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is a member of the District of Columbia and New York bar associations.
While at Goldman Sachs, Palm has been resident both in its New York and London offices and chaired or been a member of various firm-wide committees, including its Risk, Business Practices, Global Control and Compliance, and Operating Committees.
