Terry Considine

Terry Considine is an American politician and the CEO of AIMCO, a real estate investment trust that he helped found through various acquisitions and mergers.

Mr. Considine has been Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer and a Founder of the Company since its IPO in July 1994. He is also Chairman and CEO of American Land Lease ("ANL":NYSE). Mr. Considine is also sole owner of Considine Investment Co., and has been involved as an entrepreneur in numerous real estate activities and owned such other businesses as television broadcasting, gasoline distribution, convenience stores, and environmental laboratories. Mr. Considine received a B.A. from Harvard College (1968) and a J.D. from Harvard Law School (1971). He served as a Colorado State Senator from 1987 to 1992 and in 1992 was the Republican nominee for election to the United States Senate from Colorado.
