Rubin: "The former Secretary of the Treasury Robert Rubin, who I think has, from all observers, gotten very high grades for the economic policy that he pursued as secretary of the treasury under the Clinton years, has called me several times in the last years warning about his concern about the long-term growth of debt and what it could mean for interest rates."
