National Health Council, is now dead. As a point of clarification, that quote is from the AP article's description of the NHC's letter. That AP article is here, on NHC's website:

The response from the National Health Council does not dispute the finding that the organization is funded in large part by pharmaceutical companies.

National Health Council sent House leaders working on health care reform a letter urging them to "protect the makers of high-technology biological medicines against early competition from lower-cost generic copycats." Guess who NHC gets money from? Eli Lilly, Wyeth, PhRma, Pfizer, etc.
