Wealthy mega-donors & APS fuel an anti-solar Corporation Commission

Starting with conservative billionaires and Arizona's biggest electric utility, outside money benefiting anti-solar candidates for the Arizona Corporation Commission made its way into the 2012 and 2014 elections. The current five-member commission contains at least three members who oppose rooftop solar energy.
