kevin  I started putting together a list of Geithner Contacts based on his newly-released phone logs. The logs are quite lengthy, but there's lots of redundancy (Paulson, Bernanke, Rubin mafia, etc), so a committed analyst or two could hit the highlights pretty quickly.
